My name's Riley and I'm a studying Sports and Exercise Scientist with lots of hands-on experience in the field. After working with Project Gap, I found a passion for personal training and became an avid gym-goer myself.

I have had a great deal of experience in programming for a variety of people, ranging from sub-elite junior athletes to middle aged individuals with arthritis.

Having played sport my whole life, I understand that a well-structured Strength and Conditioning Program is essential to looking and feeling your best, whether that's throughout everyday life or competing in physical activities.

My primary objective as a PT is for YOU to feel happy and comfortable in the gym, to ensure YOU can achieve all of YOUR goals with ease!
